Robin and his team at RAO Construction recently renovated our second upstairs bathroom. It is primarily a bathroom for our young son... and when we moved in it had a purple toilet, purple tub and tile for girls/women. It was also very dated in terms of features. Within a week of starting RAO completely overhauled that and gave us exactly what we wanted. They are all you can ask for: easy to work with, prompt and trustworthy - with excellent work. Robin and his team do a clean job and always work as if they’re doing the job for family. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect group of people to do the work in my house. They helped make the transformation from house to dream home. Robin and his crew were professional, neat, and so incredibly hardworking. They arrived early and put in hours of hard work each day. Robin paid careful attention to every detail and put my dreams into reality. We had every room painted, an entire kitchen redone and so much more done in under 3 weeks. I had a very big job that needed to get done. I had my basement ripped to the foundation and completely adjusted to include moving plumbing electric the works. I switched to a on demand gas heat and hot water system as well as adding a bathroom. Then I had an added back patio roof and rip and redo my back room to include removing concrete and adding 220V electric. The attention to detail is what I found most impressive. The small things most contractors skip over they did right and I was never concerned with the work that was being done. The final product was outstanding at a great price. The owner was very easily accessible. When I wanted to change a plan mid construction no hassle we worked together and got it done. I can’t say enough with how happy I am with using this company. Above and beyond with their work.

We recently worked with Robin and his team on our bathroom renovation and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient and stress free. The team showed up on time every day, kept the work area clean and treated my home with respect. During the demolition phase, some unexpected damage was discovered that required us to pause the project and bring in our insurance adjuster. Robin could not have been more understanding during that stressful time. They immediately stopped work without any hesitation, helped us document the issue and patiently waited while we worked through the insurance process. Once everything was cleared and ready to move forward, they picked up right where they left off - without missing a beat! What impressed us most was that even with the delay, they still managed to stay on schedule and deliver the project exactly as promised. The quality of their workmanship, communication, and professionalism exceeded every expectation. It's rare to find contractor who not only does beautiful work, but also genuinely cares about their clients and their peace of mind. We can't recommend RAO Construction enough!
